I have been fascinated with the Native Americans' history of  living in balance with the natural world, their spiritual beliefs, and how they used their creativity to make what they needed from Mother Earth.  Many items they used for prayer, ceremony, and are works of Art. These handmade artifacts coincide with their belief of living in connection with their Creator and the power of the symbols representing protection, abundance, prayer, etc.  Medicine bags and feathered fans, drums, beaded and decorated clothing, were used in ceremony to pray to the Creator for what they needed.

I paint in pastel, oil, and acrylic, and draw in pen & ink.  A recent focus has been plein air landscapes from Teton National Park and the surrounding area.

Photography available in various sizes and prices. Please contact me by email under "contact the artist" and I will be happy to provide information for ordering!  Enjoy!
